Target Closing 13 US Stores

target store closuresTarget announced on Tuesday that it was closing down 13 of their stores. They have more than 1700 stores in the US, so it is not a scary number of closures. According to CNN Money, a spokesperson for the retail chain said that, ” the decision to close a Target store is not made lightly. Typically, a store is closed as a result of seeing several years of decreasing profitability.”
